iSeries (AS/400) TCP/IP

Introduction

TCP/IP has become the preferred method of networking iSeries and other computer systems. The widespread adoption of Internet and Intranet technologies has only served to fuel the growth in networking with TCP/IP. This four day course explores TCP/IP and the TCP/IP applications.

Pre-requisites

An operational knowledge of the iSeries is expected, such as that provided by the iSeries OPERATIONS course. A thorough understanding of data communications principles is required, such as that provided by the iSeries NETWORK PRINCIPLES course.
